Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can hominy
1 medium onion
corn chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Place hominy in casserole dish; add chopped onion.
Sprinkle corn chips over this and then add cream of mushroom soup.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
