Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Flour and grease 3 medium loaf pans or 6 mini loaf pans.
In a large mixing bowl combine oil and sugar.
Mix well on high speed.
Add eggs.
Mix in pumpkin and water; use hands or low speed.
Stir in nuts.
Divide mixture evenly.
Bake 60 or 70 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
Let cool in pans about 10 minutes.
Then turn out on racks.
Serve warm or freeze for later.
