Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 tsp. maple flavoring
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugars (may use all brown sugar), oil and maple flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Add zucchini, baking powder, soda, salt, wheat germ and flour.
    Mix well, then add nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
