Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine next 6 ingredients and stir into zucchini mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins, mixing well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
