Mom'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. lard (solid; do not use Crisco)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    7 or 8 Tbsp. water (cold)
Preparation
    Cut lard into flour with a pastry blender until crumbs form. Sprinkle with salt.
    Beat egg well and drizzle on crumbs.
    Add vinegar.
    Stir with fork.
    Drizzle water and stir again with fork until dough comes together to a form a ball.
    Roll out on a floured board to desired size.
    This makes enough dough to form 2 double crust pies.
