Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast (dry)
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. cottage cheese, lukewarm
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    3 tsp. dill seed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 unbeaten eggs
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Combine yeast in mixing bowl with cottage cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Add flour gradually to form stiff dough.
    Stir well after each addition, then place in greased bowl to rise until double (it took mine about 3 to 4 hours in warm place, not in draft).
    Punch down and shape in 2 loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; run margarine over top of loaf as you turn off oven.
    Turn onto rack or tea towel to cool.
