Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
1 Tbsp. softened butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4-2 1/2 cups flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water; set aside. Combine in mixing bowl: cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, baking soda, and egg. Add yeast to mixture. Add flour to form a stiff dough, mixing well after each addition. Cover and let rise in warm place until dough doubles in size (approx. 1 hour). Stir dough down and place in a well greased casserole baking dish. Let rise in warm place until dough doubles in size again. Bake
for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with butter.
