Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 small can Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except sugar. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Let cool. Add confectioners sugar.
