Sugar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    ground cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In pie shell, mix flour and sugar with fork.
    Gradually add milk, making sure to break any clumps of sugar mixture.
    Slice butter into 6 pats and float on top of milk. Sprinkle top with cinnamon (approximately 1 teaspoon).
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0; bake until firm (approximately 25 minutes).
