Vegetables Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    6 c. assorted vegetables: broccoli florets, carrot slices, cauliflower florets, small mushrooms, green and/or red bell pepper strips, yellow squash slices and/or zucchini strips
Preparation
    In plastic food bag, combine crumbs and Parmesan; shake to blend well.
    In another bag, combine mayonnaise and vegetables; shake to coat well.
    Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well.
    Arrange in a single layer on ungreased cookie sheet so that pieces do not touch.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, or until golden.
    Makes about 6 servings.
