Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. diced mango
    3 large eggs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Make a well.
    Mix and add sugar, oil, vanilla, mango, eggs, raisins and nuts into the well of dry ingredients.
    Mix and pour into a well-greased loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) and let it stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
