Avocado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, cut up
    lemon juice
    white part of green onion, cut up
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle avocados with a little lemon juice on each piece. Place in blender or food processor.
    Add the onion, sour cream, buttermilk and salt; process.
    Add broth; if too thick, add more broth.
    Serve cold in small cups.
