Poppy Seed Almond Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavor extract
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, oil and sugar until mixed well.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together; add to egg mixture along with the poppy seed and flavorings.
Stir well, but don't overmix.
Bake in small floured and greased loaf pans or muffins.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Makes 4 to 5 mini loaves or 24 muffins.
Bake loaves at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, muffins for 23 to 28 minutes.
Cool and remove from pans.
