Filled Won Ton Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    won ton wrappers
    cooking oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together nuts, coconut and brown sugar.
    Fold won ton squares into triangles and round off corners with scissors.
    Unfold and place 2 teaspoons of the filling in center.
    Moisten edges with water and refold.
    Cook in hot oil until golden, turning once. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
