Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Oleo
1 Egg
1/2 c. Milk
1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding (3 1/2 oz. size)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
20 oz. can of Sliced Peaches
1/2 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together salt, oleo, egg, milk, and pudding and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan and press around evenly.
Place sliced peaches (drain and keep juice) in pan.
Beat together
cream cheese, 3 Tbsp. peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until creamy.
Spread over peaches to within 1 inch of edge of pan.
Mix 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
