Coolrise White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

11 to 12 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 packets dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. softened margarine
3 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. water
cooking oil
Preparation

Spoon flour into measuring cup.
Pour onto wax paper.
Combine 4 cups of flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Stir to blend.
Add butter to milk and water; heat until lukewarm.
Add warm liquids to dry ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Scrape bowl occasionally.
Add 2 more cups of flour; beat at high speed until thick and elastic. Gradually add remaining flour, stirring with wooden spoon.
