Pork Chops Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 shoulder pork chops (1-inch thick)
    4 large green peppers, cut in 3/4-inch strips
    1 lb. mushrooms or 1 (6 oz.) can
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    About 2 hours before serving, trim pork chops of excess fat. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
    In large skillet, saute chops until well browned.
    Drain and place in large roasting pan or casserole dish.
    Arrange mushrooms around chops.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
