Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. solid shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Put two cups of self-rising flour in one bowl.
In another bowl place 3/4 cup solid shortening and 1 cup of sugar.
Mix together, using hands.
Add 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of vanilla and milk.
Add flour, using hands.
Roll out with pin.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until lightly browned.
