Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground lean beef and 1/2 lb. ground lean turkey
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 tsp. powdered sage
    2 Tbsp. B. V. sauce
    1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash green peppers; cut a thin slice from stem ends and remove seeds.
    Cover with boiling salted water and simmer 5 minutes. Drain.
