Zippy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 lb. zucchini, cut in thick slices
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
    1/2 green pepper and hot pepper to taste (optional)
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until lightly browned.
    Add zucchini and tomato; stir in salad dressing mix.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Makes 6 cups or 10 to 12 servings.
