Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. mashed bananas
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy.
    Combine bananas and milk.
    Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda onto wax paper.
    Stir into sugar mixture alternately with banana-milk mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn into prepared pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Cool in pan.
