Orange Slice Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. candy orange slices or 1 c. spiced gumdrop candies (like orange slices)

Preparation

Cut candy orange slices into small pieces in 1/2 cup flour. Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, salt and baking powder to sifted flour.
Add vanilla and orange slices.
Drop from spoon onto greased cooking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
