Date Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
    Add next 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Then add last 3 ingredients and stir well.
    Pour into two large greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or use four 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans for 45 minutes or until done.
