Mrs. Hollon'S Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oats, nuts and chocolate chips.
    Blend well with mixer.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into balls using teaspoon for each.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
