Meat-Zi-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in a pie plate with a fork.
    Spread evenly on bottom and sides of plate.
    Press firmly in place. Spread catsup on meat, then mushrooms, Cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
