Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 can milk
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Put 2 cups sugar and oil in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat at medium speed.
Add sifted flour and baking powder, a little at a time.
Add can of milk.
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Place 1/2 cup chopped nuts on each pan bottom.
Add some batter, then cinnamon mixture.
Add more batter, then cinnamon for top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or depending on heat of oven, 60 to 65 minutes until it's dry on top.
