Potato And Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook cabbage for 15 minutes, then add potatoes.
    Cook until soft.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add milk and butter.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve with crackers.
