Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. shortening
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
6 overripe bananas
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Cream shortening and eggs.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add remainder of ingredients and beat until well blended.
Turn into well-greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for one hour.
