Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 egg yolks
1 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 Tbsp. warm water
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins (if desired)
Preparation

Stir together the first 7 ingredients; then add the next 7 ingredients.
Fold in egg whites last.
Cook in a tube pan at about 300\u00b0 until done.
