Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. mashed turnips
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Salt and cook enough turnips for 6 cups.
    Drain and mash.
    Add softened cream cheese, sugar and margarine; mix well.
    Pour into casserole and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, hot and lightly browned.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
    Rutabagas or carrots may be used also.
