Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
6 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. liquid fat
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Scald milk.
Stir in sugar, salt and liquid fat.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure into bowl the warm water.
Sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved.
Add egg, beaten, then sifted flour.
Beat. Knead.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with wax paper or foil. Let double size.
Punch down.
Place in refrigerator.
Remove later.
Rise.
Roll out.
Cut into shapes.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
