Aunt Dusty'S Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
3 c. diced apples (keep skins on)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except fruit.
Blend well.
Fold in fruit and nuts.
Bake in tube pan or 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 80 minutes.
Tastes better on the second day.
