Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients and place in a greased and floured bread pan (loaf pan or muffins, etc.).
Top with a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
