Microwave Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. thin spaghetti
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. cooked turkey, diced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break spaghetti into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook and drain.
    In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine spaghetti, mushrooms, margarine, turkey, soup and sour cream.
    Cook, uncovered, 6 minutes.
    Stir and cook 6 more minutes.
    Add cheese and cook 2 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 12.
