Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, pared and sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 smal can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    1 double pie crust
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Layer apple slices in pie shell.
    Mix together apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch in small saucepan.
    Cook on low heat until thickened.
    Pour over apples and place second crust on top.
    Butter lightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until brown.
