Crisp Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour (may need a tad more)
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    colored sugars (optional)
Preparation
    Cream together the butter, sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Roll into balls.
    (Butter palms of hands.)
    Flatten with bottom of glass coated with butter and dipped in sugar.
    (Replace as needed.)
    Sprinkle with colored sugars. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
