Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
6 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. buttermilk, at room temperature
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of the sugar.
Let set until bubbly.
Sift flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt and soda together into a large mixing bowl.
Add yeast mixture, oil and buttermilk; mix well.
