Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 Tbsp. minced, dried parsley
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In mixer bowl, combine zucchini, biscuit mix, parsley, onion, salt, Parmesan cheese, eggs, oregano, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
    Mix well. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spread mixture in baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool slightly and cut into 1-inch squares.
    Serve warm.
