Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add mushrooms and heat thoroughly. Combine onion, mushrooms, rice and consomme in 2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
