Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury French bread (in dairy case)
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    pepper
Preparation
    Unroll\tFrench\tbread
    and
    cut
    into
    2
    even\tpieces. Sprinkle with pepper.
    In a frying pan, crumble up sausage and add peppers and onion until cooked;
    drain fat.
    Mix in 3/4 of the beaten
    eggs.
    Pour
    half of sausage mixture in middle of each square of bread.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and roll up. Brush sides
    of
    bread to seal edges.
    Baste top with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
