Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cherry juice
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients as any loaf cake, using cherry juice for liquid.
If mixture seems too soft, add more flour.
Add remaining ingredients and bake in loaf or tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
