Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. large mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Remove and chop mushroom stems.
Reserve.
Saute stems in garlic and butter.
Add sausage and brown.
Stir in bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
Season to taste.
Stuff caps with 1 tablespoon filling.
Place in shallow baking dish and brush with 1 tablespoon butter.
Broil 4 inches from heat until bubbly and brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
