Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas, peeled and cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use food processor; add butter and bananas and process for 20 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients; process 10 seconds.
Put in pan.
Add nuts.
Bake for about 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
