Apricot Preserve Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. apricot preserves
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients, including sugar.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, just until moistened, not smooth.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
