Idiot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water (large bowl).
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a deep bowl.
    Put dough in and let rise until double (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Punch down and put into two 9-inch pie pans.
    Let rise again. When loaves are double, melt 1 stick of margarine and pour equally (and carefully) over loaves.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
