Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. grated zucchini (don't use the center)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients (salt, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon); set aside.
    Combine wet ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to wet and beat 2 minutes on high.
    Place in greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until raised area in center is moist, not wet.
