Cherry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cherries
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in bowl. Add oil, milk and egg; blend together until smooth.
    Add cherries and mix together.
    Pour into 9-inch prepared pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done when tested.
