Finnish Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    yeast
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. ground cardamon
    9 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat milk until warm; add melted butter.
    Put 2 (1/4-ounce) packages of yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water.
    Add to milk the sugar, yeast, eggs and cardamon.
    Add flour; knead until firm and smooth. Cover with towel; let rise until double bulk.
    Knead until smooth. Divide into 4 greased bread pans.
    Cover; let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Brush with 1/2 cup coffee and 1/2 cup sugar (optional).
