Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
16 oz. sour cream (fat-free)
1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 large Cool Whip lite
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix pineapple with juice in large bowl with pudding mix (dry). When mixed, add sour cream, mixing well.
Fold 2/3 of Cool Whip into pineapple mixture.
Put in crust and top with rest of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
