Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar (or less)
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and zucchini. Add flour and the rest of the ingredients. Grease 2 bread pans and flour them. Divide batter into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
